About this space
Clean, modern loft space on the second floor of a mixed-use building. Big windows on two sides, good natural light during the day. White walls so it photographs well if that matters to you.
We have folding chairs (50) and 8 rectangular tables. No in-house catering but there's a taco place downstairs that does event trays -- ask me for their number. Bluetooth speaker available, nothing fancy.
No noise restrictions before 10pm. After 10 keep it reasonable, theres residential units on the third floor.

Good space for the price. Parking is street only which was a bit annoying but manageable.

Pretty good loft. Windows are nice during the day. Folding chairs arent the most comfortable but for a few hours its fine
