The Brickyard

Converted warehouse space w/ exposed brick walls and original timber beams. About 1,800 sq ft main room plus a smaller side area we use as a bar/serving station. We host a lot of birthday parties, baby showers, and corporate events. Sound system is included (Sonos setup, just bring your phone). Folding tables and chairs for up to 40 are on-site. Kitchen is available but it's basically a prep area -- no full stove. Most people bring catering or order delivery. There's a freight elevator if you need to bring stuff up. Street parking on Milwaukee Ave, usually not too bad on weekends. Nearest L stop is about 4 blocks.
