The Parlor on Wells

Newly renovated event space in Old Town, just off Wells Street. Open layout with nice natural light, good for parties and get-togethers. We have tables and chairs for up to 45 people, plus a basic kitchen area for catering setup. Sound system included. Free parking available in our lot behind the building. The space is on the ground floor, fully accessible. We've been hosting private events here for about 6 years -- mostly birthday parties, baby showers, and small corporate things through word of mouth. Just joined Holdaspot to reach a wider audience.
